About Us Our folks have been designing, developing and operating Web Portals for a long time – almost 18 years – almost since the ‘beginning of time’ on the Web – since before encryption made secure transactions possible (like credit cards). We’re a USA based firm – utilize USA Web Servers – comply with all USA Regs. Years back we made some investments in various Web Properties that have done well. Now we’re quasi-retired. No more stockholders to appease – board meetings and the like. Maybe like you – one of our principles elected to become an Expatriate - and moved to the Philippines to start a ‘new’ life – increase their standard of living – enjoy time. Since moving here – there’s been numerous Expat ‘Alerts’ for blood on various web discussion groups. One was in a motorcycle accident. One Expat got hit by something. Two needed heart surgery. Two were partners of Expats. There was a kid or two. And there were likely hundreds more alerts for blood needs – that only a few heard about. When blood is needed - it’s typically needed fast. And the blood needs to be freshly donated. Most Philippine hospitals in urban areas have a decent supply of blood – but when they don’t have – communications systems are often archaic. And Expats and their partners and families and friends and neighbors don’t always live (or travel) in urban areas. Nasty stuff like accidents and illness happens in the provinces as well. We decided to use knowledge – skills – technology that we had and invest in a Web-Based System to allow folks (or medical personal) who NEED blood - to quickly communicate with folks who have offered to DONATE blood. It’s a FREE Info Service to anyone in the Philippines – Expats or Pinoys – regardless of race – color - creed. It’s our gift to the people of the Philippines – even newcomers who move here or visit.
